One SET of TWO individualising valves and TWO matching blanking plugs, to enable each displacer of a hydrolastic or hydragas suspension to be individually set up and adjusted. The existing car refill valves are used now for each of the front displacers and the two new valves serve the rear displacers.

These NEW units are a direct fitment to the hose assembly joint which connects the short front hose exiting left in the photo to the longer rear hose going right in the photo, typically used on MGFs and "K" series Metros and allows different pressures to be applied to each displacer. This provides all valve positions in one central location, which can be adjusted simply by flexing the hoses.

This is an improvement over the previous version of four identical valves which dispensed with the front hose, but needed the new front valves fitted directly to the front displacers in a position which was fairly inaccessible inside the wheel arch inner wing.

Each individualising valve and blanking plug is pressure tested on our test rig to 1500psi, well in excess of the system operating pressure and this ensures these are completely leak free.

Each is supplied with an integral "O" ring seal and does NOT require the use of PTFE tape or sealants, and each is fitted with the standard Schrader type valve and a quality plated brass valve cap with its own seal. The items of our supply are circled in RED in the photograph.
