Low-loss pump This unit consists of a hand operated pump, similar in function to a grease gun, but has special rubber seals to operate with hydrolastic fluids. The pump is self-contained and is operated upright with the fluid chamber at the top allowing easy monitoring of the fluid level and ease of top up. It comes complete with our low-loss connector as listed below, and a bleed/vacuum connection point

Low-loss connector The low loss connector is a self-contained adaptor to connect a pump hose to the car suspension fill valve and couples via a Schrader type fitment.

Vacuum connection unit This unit fits into the hexagon bleed/vacuum connection port of the Low-Loss Pump.

Classic Mini Gearbox CV removal tool This tool allows the “CV” or Pot Joints to be removed from the gearboxes without the use of cold chisels or punches.

Classic Mini Suspension cone compressor tool This tool allows the suspension cones of Classic “Dry” Minis to be compressed to allow removal or replacement.

FOUR INDIVIDUALISER VALVES One SET of FOUR individualising valves, to enable each displacer of a hydrolastic or hydragas suspension to be individually set up and adjusted.

TWO INDIVIDUALISING VALVES AND TWO BLANKING PLUGS One SET of TWO individualising valves and TWO matching blanking plugs, to enable each displacer of a hydrolastic or hydragas suspension to be individually set up and adjusted. The existing car refill valves are used now for each of the front displacers and the two new valves serve the rear displacers.

LOW LOSS CONNECTOR TO SUIT “CHURCHILL” PUMP The low loss connector is a self-contained adaptor to connect a pump hose to the car suspension fill valve and couples via a Schrader type fitment. This version has an adaptor to accept the 8mm (5/16”) standard Churchill type nylon tubing and is comlete with nut and olive to suit the Churchill tube
